Here, Lead to Succeed students have the opportunity to meet a variety of like minded professionals and work on their pitches with people who truly understand what it takes to give a compelling pitch! Lead to Succeed is an industry-driven youth leadership development program in which college students mentor a team of high school students in a service learning project that addresses needs identified by local non-profit organizations. Each project is also connected to in-demand career fields. Students awaken their inner leader, sharpen their community engagement skills, and plan for their future while designing and executing each unique, high-impact service learning project.
